We want you to love your purchase from The Regal Beard. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Beard care products must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem.

We’ll gladly exchange eligible items. Just contact us with your order number and exchange request, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened grooming products (oils, balms, etc.)

  • Final sale or clearance items

We value hygiene and your safety—that’s why some items can’t be returned once opened.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at sales@theregalbeard.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

  • We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged).

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • We’ll send a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
